Cancellation policy

We know plans change. Here's how cancellations and re-scheduling work for your sessions.

• All bookings made are non-refundable.
• You have the right to re-schedule your booking up to 12 hours before your booked session — this is managed in the My Account area of your customer profile.
• No refunds or re-schedules will be made for late arrivals or lost session time.
• If you cancel the booking in your account you will not be refunded.
• You can offer your session to friends or family if you are unable to attend, but Hounds & Bounds must be informed and the contact details of the new user confirmed.
