About this field
This is our biggest and most spacious field in Berkshire, with over six huge acres of adventure space. We're lucky to overlook the beautiful Wilders Folly, a local walking spot often voted one of the best places to watch the sunset in Berkshire, and you can see it from most of the field. There's plenty of room to burn off energy running and bounding.
The whole area is fenced with 6-foot fencing dug into the ground for extra security, and a foot gate at the end of the access track secures the field for your session. Once you've parked and the gate has shut, you're totally secure and can start your session lead-free.
Please be aware that a footpath is visible from the field, so other dogs and walkers can sometimes be seen.
Natural parkour equipment at the far end of the field, with logs and stumps to jump and bound over, provides lots of fun.
As at all our sites, there's a private tea and coffee shed with an outside dog water tap and bowls, and a seating area to the left with a great view of the Folly, perfect for relaxing with a hot drink. Poo bins and bags are provided at regular points in the field.
We run private booking sessions here and also quiet sessions, when the neighbouring woodland isn't in use and you'll be the only customers on the Hounds & Bounds site.

Field rules

Only arrive for your booked slot
Don't arrive before your start time, and leave the field before your session ends so the next customer can start on time.

Wait for the previous customer to leave
Don't enter until they have departed, even if they are running late. If someone overstays, call us and we will contact them.

Secure the gate behind you
Make sure the gate is closed and locked before letting your dog out. Never force or push the gates, as this damages the motor.

Never leave your dog unattended
Dogs must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If your dog shows signs of ill health, please don't attend.

Pick up after your dog
Bags and bins are provided on site. Please take all litter with you or use the bins.
